At Ambrose Naturals, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to deliver the best self-care and aromatherapy products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and cancellation policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting our customer support at support@ambrosenaturals.com.

  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return once the item is delivered.

  • Custom or Personalized Orders: Orders for custom-made or personalized products are non-cancellable once production has started.

Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • We do not accept returns on opened, used, or damaged items unless they arrived defective or incorrect.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, specific products (e.g., inhalers) may not be eligible for returns unless they are faulty.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@ambrosenaturals.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If eligible, we will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost

  • The replacement product will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Products returned beyond the 7-day return window.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
