Order Cancellations

Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support at support@ambrosenaturals.com.

After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may proceed with our return process upon receiving the item.

Custom or Personalized Orders: Orders for custom-made or personalized products cannot be canceled once they are in production.

Delivery Timeframes Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Standard shipping time is 5-7 business days for domestic orders and 10-14 business days for international orders. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • We do not accept returns on used, opened, or damaged products unless they arrived defective or incorrect.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as inhalers) may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer support at support@ambrosenaturals.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • If eligible, we will provide a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the item back.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund or exchange will be processed.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Once processed, the refunded amount will be credited to your bank account within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost in 3-5 working days.

  • The replacement product will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Products returned beyond the 7-day return window.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund.
